หลักการ ดังนี้<br />
</span></span><span style="font-family: THSarabunNew; text-align: justify;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. กรณีที่มีตำแหน่งว่างเหลือจากการพิจารณาย้ายครั้งนี้ หรือตำแหน่งที่ไม่มีผู้ขอย้ายไปดำรงตำแหน่ง หรือไม่ตรงตามวิชาเอกที่สถานศึกษาต้องการ มอบให้สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีพิจารณาการเรียกบรรจุและแต่งตั้งในสาขาวิชาเอกตามความต้องการของสถานศึกษาจากบัญชีผู้สอบแข่งขันได้</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: THSarabunNew;"><span lang="TH">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. หากตำแหน่งว่างใดที่จะบรรจุและแต่งตั้งตามความต้องการวิชาเอกที่สถานศึกษาต้องการไม่มีผู้ขึ้นบัญชีผู้สอบแข่งขันได้ ตามข้อ 1 </span><span lang="TH">&nbsp;</span><span lang="TH">มอบให้สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีดำเนินการขอใช้บัญชีได้ตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ ก.ค.ศ. กำหนด ต่อไป</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: &quot;TH SarabunIT๙&quot;, sans-serif;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;&#10;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: THSarabunNew;"><span lang="TH">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีขอความร่วมมือสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาดำเนินการสำรวจความต้องการวิชาเอกตามตำแหน่งว่างที่เหลือจากการพิจารณารับย้าย ซึ่งจะต้องไม่ตรงกับคำร้องขอย้ายที่มีผู้ยื่นย้ายเข้า และสำรวจตำแหน่งว่างที่ไม่ผูกพันการใช้ตำแหน่ง รวมทั้งหากมีตำแหน่งว่างสายครูผู้สอนเพิ่มเติมหลังจากผลการย้ายไปต่างจังหวัด หรือกรณีอื่นๆ ทุกกรณี ให้สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพิจารณานำมาบรรจุและแต่งตั้งผู้สอบแข่งขันได้เข้ารับราชการเป็นข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ตำแหน่งครูผู้ช่วย และขอใช้บรรชี กศจ. อื่น ต่อไป ทั้งนี้ จะนำตำแหน่งว่างดังกล่าวเสนอคณะกรรมการศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีเพื่อขออนุมัติตำแหน่งว่างในการบรรจุและแต่งตั้งรอบต่อไป โดยขอให้สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลส่งสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ภายในวันศุกร์ที่ 3 เมษายน 2563</span></span></span><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:&#10;&quot;TH SarabunIT๙&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;mso-fareast-font-family:&quot;Angsana New&quot;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
