<div style="text-align: left;">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<b style="font-size: medium;">เรื่องเดิม</b><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;<font face="THSarabunNew">ตามที่พระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติด พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ ซึ่งได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เมื่ือวันที่ ๘ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๔ ตามความในมาตรา ๓ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติดังกล่าว กำหนดให้ประมวลกฎหมายยาเสพติดมีผลใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้มีผลใช้บังคับเป็นต้นไป เมื่อวันที่ ๙ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๔ นั้น</font></span><br />
<span style="font-size: medium; font-family: THSarabunNew; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: THSarabunNew; text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ข้อเท็จจริง</strong>&nbsp; จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยศูนย์อำนวยการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดจังหวัดราชบุรี (ศอ.ปส.จ.รบ.) พิจารณาแล้ว เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติในการคัดกรองผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดฟื้นฟูและประสานการดูแลผู้ผ่านการบำบัดฟื้นฟูของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในระดับอำเภอ เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จังหวัดราชบุรีจึงจัดตั้งศูนย์เพื่อคัดกรองผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดฟื้นฟูในอำเภอ และจัดตั้งศูนย์เพื่อประสานการดูแลผู้ผ่านการบำบัดฟื้นฟูระดับอำเภอและจังหวัดราชบุรี รายละเอียดปรากฏตามคำสั่งจังหวัดราชบุรี ที่ ๒๙๖/๒๕๖๕ ลงวันที่ ๒๖ มกราคม ๒๕๖๕&nbsp;<br />
