<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;จากการประชุมทางไกล เรื่อง การเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือวิกฤตสุขภาพจิตในโรงเรียน เมื่อวันที่ 30 สิงหาคม 2565 กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกระทรวงสาธารณสุขได้ลงนามร่วมกันในการพัฒนาระบบแนวทางการเฝ้าระวังปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของเด็กวัยเรียนและวัยรุ่น ดังนั้นสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาราชบุรีมีหนังสือแจ้งให้ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนเข้าร่วมประชุมสื่อสารแนวทางแก่บุคคลากรทางการศึกษาในการดูแลช่วยเหลือเด็กวัยเรียน วัยรุ่นกลุ่มเสี่ยง มีปัญหาพฤติกรรม อารมณ์ สังคม ให้ได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือจนดีขึ้น โดยใช้ระบบสุขภาพจิตโรงเรียนวิถีใหม่ (HERO) ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ในวันศุกร์ที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2565 เวลา 09.00-12.00 น. ณ.ห้องประชุมศูนย์สุขภาพจิต โดยมีข้าพเจ้า นางจีรภา แสงแก้ว หัวหน้างานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนพร้อมด้วย&nbsp; นางสาวพรสุรีย์ พงษ์เศวต หัวหน้างานอนามัยโรงเรียน นางสาวกาญจนา เฉลิมพล และนางณรรชกร เอี่ยมขำ เข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ระบบเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตและดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน School Health Hero เป็นระบบที่ถูกออกแบบให้ใช้งานในโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) ถูกติดตั้งอยู่บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในระบบคลาวด์ ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าใช้ระบบได้ผ่านเว็บบราวเซอร์ โดยไม่ต้องติดตั้งระบบลงบนเครื่องของตนหรือในหน่วยงานของตน ผู้ใช้งานเพียงเชื่อมอินเตอร์เน็ตก็สามารถใช้งานระบบได้ทันที ผู้ใช้งานสามารถกรอกข้อมูลนักเรียนและทำแบบทดสอบต่างๆ ได้โดยง่าย มีแบบทดสอบ 5 ฉบับ ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ 9S , SDQ (พ่อแม่) , SDQ (ครู) , SNAP-IV และ EQ ผลการประเมินและคัดกรองทั้งหมดจะถูกจัดเก็บในรูปแบบเดียวกันไว้ในฐานข้อมูลเดียวกัน ทำให้การใช้งานข้อมูลทำได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และแม่นยำมากขึ้น หลังจากที่ครูหรือนักเรียนกรอกข้อมูลแบบทดสอบเสร็จแล้วระบบจะทำการประมวลและรายงานผลการประเมินให้ทันที ที่สำคัญครูที่ปรึกษาสามารถขอคำปรึกษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาพจิตได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านระบบแชทของระบบเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิตและดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ผู้ใช้งานระบบ School Health Hero แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภท คือ มีสิทธิ์ใช้งานต่างกันคือ&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. ครู (Teacher) ครูที่ปรึกษา ซึ่งเป็นผู้ใช้งานหลักของระบบครูมีหน้าที่ทำแบบประเมินในระบบและช่วยเหลือเด็กนักเรียนที่มีความเสี่ยงปัญหาสุขภาพจิตและควรดูแลเป็นพิเศษโดยระบบอนุญาตให้ครูสามารถดูผลประเมินของนักเรียนในชั้นเรียนของตนเองได้หากครูมีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญกระทรวงสาธารณสุขสามารถขอคำปรึกษาผ่านระบบได้โดยตรง ครูที่ปรึกษาสามารถเห็นข้อมูลของนักเรียนในชั้นเรียนของตนเองเท่านั้น&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
