</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ด้วย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจะดำเนินการทดสอบวัดผลทักษะภาษาอังกฤษครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษา ตามกรอบมาตรฐานความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ (CEFR)&nbsp; ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ โดยใช้ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC) ทั้ง ๑๘๕ ศูนย์ เป็นศูนย์ทดสอบนั้น<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ในการนี้ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ขอให้ท่านดำเนินการดังนี้<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๑.แจ้งผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หรือผู้จัดการศูนย์สอบ HCEC ลงทะเบียน Recognition Form for LanguageCert Qualifications &ndash; OBEC School เพื่อยืนยันการเป็นสนามสอบวัดผลทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๒.จัดส่งรายชื่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC) ดังนี้<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๒.๑ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน ๑ คน<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๒.๒ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนที่เป็นศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (ประธานศูนย์สอบ) จำนวน ๑ คน<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๒.๓ ผู้จัดการศูนย์ HCEC จำนวน ๑ คน<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๒.๕ เจ้าหน้าที่ ICT ประจำศูนย์สอบ HCEC จำนวน ๒ คน<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๓.เจ้าหน้าที่ตามข้อ ๒ เข้าร่วมประชุมอบรมผ่านโปรแกรม Zoom ในวันที่ ๔ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔<br />
