<div>สำนักงาน ก.ค.ศ. ได้แจ้งหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการให้ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา&nbsp; &nbsp;มีวิทยฐานะและเลื่อนวิทยฐานะ ให้ส่วนราชการและหน่วยงานการศึกษาทราบและถือปฏิบัติ นั้น</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<u><strong>ข้อเท็จจริง</strong></u></div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ก.ค.ศ. พิจารณาแล้ว มีมติดังนี้</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการประเมินตำแหน่งและวิทยฐานะข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ตำแหน่งศึกษานิเทศก์ โดยให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2564 เป็นต้นไป</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. ให้ยกเลิกหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการให้ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษามีวิทยฐานะและเลื่อนวิทยฐานะ ตามหนังสือดังกล่าว ตั้งแต่วันที่พ้นระยะเวลาการดำเนินการในช่วงระยะเวลาเปลี่ยนผ่าน ตามแนวปฏิบัติที่กำหนดไว้ในหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการฯ ตามข้อ 1</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. คำขอมีวิทยฐานะและเลื่อนวิทยฐานะที่ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ตำแหน่งศึกษานิเทศก์ ได้ยื่นไว้ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการฯ ตามหนังสือดังกล่าว ก่อนวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2564 ซึ่งเป็นวันที่หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการใหม่นี้ใช้บังคับ แต่ยังดำเนินการไม่แล้วเสร็จ ให้ดำเนินการต่อไปจนกว่าจะแล้วเสร็จ</div>
