<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>เรื่องเดิม&nbsp;</strong> ด้วยสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒019 (COVID-19) ปรากฎว่า มีการแพร่ระบาดในลักษณะกลุ่มก้อน (Cluster) จากการร่วมกิจกรรมรวมกลุ่ม งานสังสรรค์ หรือปฏิบัติงานในที่ทำงานเดียวกัน ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑๙ (COVID-19) และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดออกตามความในมาตรา 9 แห่งพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ (ฉบับที่ ๒๔) เมื่อวันที่ ๑๙ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ และคำสั่งจังหวัดราชบุรี ที่ ๒๔๗๗/๒๕๖๔ ลงวันที่ ๒๐ มิถุนายน ๒๕6๔ เรื่อง มาตรการฝ้าระวังและควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑9 (COVID-19)&nbsp;&nbsp;ฉบับที่ ๓o</p>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>ข้อเท็จจริง&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;ในการนี้ จังหวัดราชบุรี จึงให้ทุกส่วนราชการกำชับให้ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐทุกประเภท และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องถือปฏิบัติ ดังนี้</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๑. งดเว้นการเข้าร่วมหรือจัดกิจกรรมรวมกลุ่ม งานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ในโอกาสต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงาน</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. งดเว้นรับประทานอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มร่วมกัน และหลีกเลี่ยงการคลุกคลีใกล้ชิดกัน</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๓. ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐทุกประเภท และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับส่วนราชการ ต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยในขณะปฏิบัติงานตลอดเวลา (ห้ามถอดหน้ากากอนามัยโดยเด็ดขาด)</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;๔. ให้หัวหน้าส่วนราชการเป็นผู้กำกับควบคุมอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยหากเกิดการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑๙ (COVID-19) ภายในหน่วยงาน อันเป็นเหตุเนื่องมาจากไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อ ๑ - ๓&nbsp;จะถือว่าเป็นความบกพร่องและดำเนินการทางวินัยกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป<br />
